Apartment needs renovation, with some broken items and doors that couldn't close properly. Beds were not very comfortable.

The location of the apartment is excellent, with the metro station just around the corner and the vibrant Batignolles area nearby. It is also conveniently close to the Louvre museum. Additionally, the apartment is situated in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful stay.

Some guests mentioned that there were bugs biting them during sleep.

We had a great experience with the agency Pickflat. The location was fantastic, with many shops and amenities nearby. The flat studio was clean and lovely, with a comfortable bed and nice pillows. The apartment was very secure with multiple access codes. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, including utensils and china. The shower was also nice and the towels and bed linen were of high quality. we had a great time staying in this studio and would definitely book with Pickflat again.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, right next to bus and metro stations and close to important sites. The flat itself is clean and well-maintained, with towels and hygiene products provided. Communication with the host was excellent, with fast replies to our queries. as business travelers, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Felt like VIPs, no reason to complain.
